I can’t speak to its authenticity, but it tastes great. The chicken was falling off the bone and had been flavored with some great spices, and she also gave me a coconut dumpling which was great. The rice had been steamed with fresh thyme, true to their word. Just docking one star because it seems overpriced for what it was: $10 for cafeteria style in a styrofoam box. There is no seating inside the restaurant. Ignoring that, though, this is great “island style” food.
You have to try the conch fritters, they’re the best on the island. The local cuisine is authentic and excellent, both the food and the drinks. A must try!
