  The staff, they are amazing. They all remembered my name and treated me like family. The food options here are very good, many different choices. Great for singles or family's. Only one issue but, nature was to blame. Seaweed took over the beach...don't fret because they accommodate you with several different local beach options.

  It is a luxurious hotel boasting some 900 rooms ideal for family vacations or hosting conferences. The rooms are very spacious and the view from the ocean view rooms is breath taking. The staff and very curteous and helpful and transportation to any destination is just outside as u can easily get a taxi. The hotel has a casino as well and several restaurants. Need to relax try the spa or chill by the pool. Great place to stay.

  This hotel have a few things to enjoy. I love the spa which is very relaxing and also pocket friendly for the locals. My experience at the spa was amazing! Customer service was awesome! I love the convienence of the Casino & lounge for entertainment. Awesome restaurants and great tasting food to suit your taste buds from pizza right up to steak. The buffet BreakFast is a must!! Also you have the best of both worlds with access to the pools and the ocean in one place. Love it!!

  I'll simply start with the bad, because it wasn't terrible, however there were a couple amenities that were not provided as advertised. The whirlpools were not heated, and the golf course was closed for aeration. During the welcome email after booking the resort, and getting the list of things to do, the resort should've told us about some of the closures. With that said, the rooms and service were great. The resort was pretty clean, almost spotless. People everywhere saying hello! It was off season (June), so the area was very quiet and relaxing. I would definitely recommend! Just remember, it's island time, so simply relax and don't rush!!!

  The beach and stuff were great , i just think it needs a little more warmth customer friendly wise. Another elevator to the other side of the hotel would be nice too. Also casino says no smoking....went in and yours drowning in smoke. Internet for the rooms could have been dealt with differently....every hotel today has free WiFi no hassle. But property is OK. Room attendant also could have done a better job...changing my sheets / leaving some milk/ cleaning the bath tubs / leaving me a floor mat/ cleaning the carpets which i left clean by the way n went back it all dirt n smelly. Food was great too , i can give that. So nit all bad.
