::I can’t speak to its authenticity, but it tastes great. The chicken was falling off the bone and had been flavored with some great spices, and she also gave me a coconut dumpling which was great. The rice had been steamed with fresh thyme, true to their word. Just docking one star because it seems overpriced for what it was: $10 for cafeteria style in a styrofoam box. There is no seating inside the restaurant. Ignoring that, though, this is great “island style” food.

::You have to try the conch fritters, they’re the best on the island. The local cuisine is authentic and excellent, both the food and the drinks. A must try!
