  We dealt with Pulmattie Ross at Nevis Style Realty. She was unfailingly helpful and reliable, and very pleasant. She arranged our taxis, water taxis, car rental, and offered to help us in other ways, as well as meeting us at the beginning of our stay so we could follow her to our rental. I would rate Pulmattie 5 stars. I would rate the villa we rented 3 stars. Our rental was 3.5 Seasons. Gorgeous grounds with lush vegetation . The rental itself was comfortable but not as upscale as it seemed from the pictures on the internet. Some aspects including the linen/slipcovers need some "refreshing." The two bedrooms and bathrooms are not of equal dignity/status, and the bathrooms (not shown on the internet photos) were subpar in appearance. (They did work though.) Airconditioning was effective and welcome. We enjoyed our stay but expected a higher level of finish from the internet photos.
