::I stayed here in the first week of March 2018 and had a rather unpleasant experience. The property is very nice and the rooms are very well furnished. But I had really bad experience with the service. I stayed here for five days. On the second day of my stay I found a pair of clothes missing. I had left them on my bed in the morning and went out for work. When I came back in the evening they weren't there. It appeared that the housekeeping staff might have misplaced them while cleaning. I complained and the hotel staff kept looking for it for the next three days, or pretended to but never found it. They even had the audacity to check every piece of my luggage. And that included a small backpack containingy files. There breakfast menu is very limited and most of the items remain out of stock. They have 5-6 options and everyday they would apologise for the lack of sausages or bacon or ham or something else, leaving with effectively one or two options to choose from. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

::Be aware of this hotel's sketchy practices of double charging customers. I had paid for a reservation online through a reputable website and when I showed up at the front desk, they told me the payment "did not go through" so I had to pay again in person. When checking my credit card, both charges had posted. Also, the "free breakfast included" is not free, i was charged in the morning when I grabbed some. Not staying here again! Ridiculous, money grabbing hotel. Thank God for credit card charge backs!

::One of the best locations for a leisurely lunch at The Verandah. The staff are friendly, the food is great, and the view is spectacular. We will quickly become regulars here.

::3.5 Stars is more like it. The facilities are well kept and the rooms are comfortable with the expected hotel amenities. Being within walking distance of the capital city center is a plus.
