::Horrible!!, Customer service is bad, internet service is bad. If your looking for Internet try the other internet company. I think its The Cable. The price is cheaper and 3 times faster.

::No sure why I can't get in contact with anyone at Flow in St. Kitts. Local number isn't working, live chat doesn't work, 1(800) number disconnects me, call 100 from Flow mobile doesn't work. I tried to have someone come set up internet on Thursday for 8am. They showed up at 2pm and couldn't do it. They told us they would be back at 10am Friday, no one showed up and I was told they were working outside and would be by later, no one showed. Now I can't get through to anyone and I've missed two full days of work. Should I just return the modem and try The Cable instead?

::Not only is majority of the staff in the store location rude and not very knowledgeable, the contact number does NOT work, the online chat does NOT work, the speed of broadband you pay for isnt even remotely what you get! I upgraded to 24 Mbps and I'm getting 4!!!!
